To place an order, simply reach out to us via our enquiry form with your idea or concept for your costume. We'll guide you through the process from there.
What is the typical process for ordering a custom costume?
The process usually begins with discussing your idea, creating initial sketches or designs, finalising the design details including materials and colours, providing your measurements, and then we begin crafting your costume.
How long does the custom costume-making process take?
The time frame can vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Typically, it takes around 3-5 weeks from the initial consultation to completion. We'll provide you with a more accurate estimate once we understand your specific requirements.
Do you offer consultations for custom costume designs?
Yes, we offer consultations either over the phone, or via video call. During the consultation, we'll discuss your ideas, preferences, budget, and any specific requirements you may have.
Can I provide my own materials for the costume?
Yes, you're welcome to provide your own materials if you have something specific in mind. However, we also have a wide range of high-quality materials sourced from the UK that we can recommend and provide for your costume.
How do I provide my measurements for the custom costume?
Once the design is finalised, I’ll provide you with a measurement guide along with instructions on how to properly measure yourself. You can then submit these measurements to us via email.
What happens if I need alterations to my costume after it's completed?
We strive to ensure that your costume fits you perfectly, but if adjustments are needed, we're happy to make them. Depending on the nature of the alterations, there may be additional charges and shipping fees involved.
How much is P&P
Postage on all orders shipped within the UK cost £8 - fully insured and tracked for peace of mind.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily serve customers within the UK. However, we may consider international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your specific requirements and shipping options.
What payment methods do you accept?
